Friend of mine, asked me the below question, any one can Help?
I got my H1-B visa stamped in the month of Feb 2007 from US consulate in chennai. I have not yet travelled on that visa, so I am wondering whether the same visa is still valid, as someone told me that if you don't travel on a visa for 6 months after stamping, it gets expired.

The U.S. Department of State has recently announced that the online registration period for the Diversity Visa Lottery Program for Fiscal Year 2012 (DV-2012) will be from October 5, 2010 until November 3, 2010.

Don't have to mentioned N/A in each and every field. You can just leave them blank, it wont be an issue.

I have one question?
What if my employer cancels I140 and I don't have any other job on my hand? This can be a possibility for me in near future. I am searching for a new job and my employer is going to cancel I140.
Is it good to wait for any RFE or denial and if it occurs, just sending them new EVL of any consulting firm (with or without project) will help?

Hi
my wife has got H1 this year and
she wants to transfer to H4 as she got Ead and she
wants to use EAD .and still we didnt get AP.she wants
to leave to india in jan she dont have stamp in her
passport
if we apply now for the conversion of H1 to H4 can
she leave to india now and can i send that approval
letter to india then she goes to stamping in india.
is it possible. please suggest me

She had all the documents
Copy of

my passport
my H1B visa
Proof of marriage
Letter from me stating I will support her and that she will live with me in US
My bank statements (last 3 months)
A letter of support from my employer
nothing else comes to mind at this time... All the best. Nothing to worry about.

Can the work experience without H1B be countable when you apply for I140 (EB2, BS + 5yrs ) ?
I kept my part time job about 3 yrs while I was working as a full timer at other companies. But the problem is I was getting paid but didn't file H1B as a part timer. I know that I should have filed for H1B but I just had a H1B as a full timer with my other company. If I can count my part time work experience ( 3yrs part time / 2 = 1.5 yrs as full time) along with my full time experience (3.7 yrs), It exceeds 5 yrs of related work experience that requires for EB2.

How important is NAICS code. Can someone has same SOC code but diffrent NAICS code can interchange . I read only SOC codes, discription and wages matter.Is it true.

I guess tricks isnt the best word to use, i have had photo courses, and have had the rule of thirds pounded into my head by many a teacher ;)
I'm more interested in the shortcuts and other features of the camera and settings. I know the basics of taking a good photo, but have a lot more practice.

Last year I sent both the ITIN form and 1040 to the ITIN address. Once the ITIN is processed, they will update your 1040 with the ITIN number and forward it to the respective department for processing. I got my refund back after 8 weeks. Since I am in Texas I didnt have to file for state taxes..So not sure about the state tax filing part....
